Carniceria y Taqueria mi Tierra started with one simple belief: good food doesn't need a fancy room. It needs good meat, honest ingredients, and someone who actually cares about getting it right.

We source our cuts daily from local suppliers and prepare everything in-house — tortillas by hand, salsas from scratch, marinades with recipes that predate the internet. No shortcuts. No frozen stuff. Just real Mexican cooking the way it's supposed to be.
